Returns: Please save your original packing material as it will make shipping your rug back easier. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email before returning any item. Please see example below.

• Returning a Damaged Rug: Return/Exchange requests for damaged items must be received within 7 days of delivery. A pre-paid return label will be provided, and you will be refunded in full once your return has been processed.
• Returning a Non-Defective Rug: Return/Exchange requests for non-defective items must be received within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once you have received your RMA and shipped your return/exchange, please contact customer service and provide your return tracking information. Outbound shipping cost(s) and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

To return or exchange a rug, please send an email to info@peaceloveanddecorating.com and include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. Please also include the reason for your return or exchange.
